Course Introduction - Daily Challenges

What You'll Learn in this Course

Hi. Flise here. If you didn't know already, my teaching style is quite different compared to other typical course writers, where I try to be as relatable, and direct as possible. My goal here is to educate and inform you guys of the many tips and tricks I found, after participating in over hundreds of different Daily Challenges, ranging from Crystal Crusher to War of Wolves (Although I wasn't so skilled in Parkour, I had friends who were pro, and could probably complete any of the WolfWorlds blindfolded).

Who Cares if you're a beginner or expert

Anyone can participate in daily challenges, but who wins is an entirely different story, depending on skill and funds (dis/wls). For those hesitant or skeptical about whether or not to join a particular Daily Challenge, just know there are "Free" ones, which require only skill, such as:

  • Patrick's Prize (Completing the most Blarneys during St Patrick's Week)
  • Growganoth's Game (Dropping the most items in the Maw of Growganoth)
  • Radiation Race (Finding the most uranium blocks in GEIGERHILLS, although requires your own Geiger Counter)
  • Carnie Contest (Completing the most carnival games, although requires golden tickets)

What I can tell you from personal experience is that the Daily Challenges mentioned above, is quite competitive and requires lots of practice, however, don't be afraid to try!

Competing can be quite scary

This is very true, especially with many wls/dis on the line, however is inevitably part of the process. I find that experience is most definitely the best teacher, as it teaches you what works and what doesn't. Many people after completing this course, will try and apply what they have learnt into the world of Growtopia, but will not always be successful. It's like learning how to become a brain surgeon for 7 years, and then going to actually perform your first brain surgery. (Hopefully no one loses a brain)

Fear

This introduction is basically trying to change your mindset about fear and failure, as once you are able to overcome this cynical thought constantly whispering in your ears, then you will be ready to learn, and have a greater chance at being successful in this area, Daily Challenges.

Final Remarks

So I ask you. Do you have what it takes? The strength. The strong mindset to overcome the fear of failure, and be willing to apply what you have learnt? If so, then I will be happy to take you through my personal journey, of the tips and tricks I found hidden within Daily Challenges.
